摘 要：A traditional fuzzy controller has problems of slow adjustment and oscillation near the stable point due to the characteristic of its own structure that only the current system status is considered. From the point of view to consider the historical status of the system, this paper firstly tries to prove that the involvement of historical status can help to improve the performance index of the system. Then a fuzzy control system based on fluctuating forms of time series which introduces the trend of historical status into the traditional fuzzy control system to be involved in the control decisionmaking together with the current status is proposed according to theoretical proof in order to improve the control performance index. And to be followed, the specific discription of the new fuzzy controller is also provided. At last the forecast of future research directions and outlook are given.
