摘 要：In recent years,there are a lot of suddenly happening environmental pollution events occurred very frequently in *** pollutions have already seriously affected people’s daily life and the economical ***,there is no perfect response measures to deal with this kind of *** these reasons,a response system of dealing with the emergencies of environment health is suggested to be set up in this paper to improve the government’s capability to deal with these suddenly occurring environmental events,to make sure the realization of the harmonious society.
