摘      要:Energy Management Systems(EnMS) enable organisations to establish systems and processes necessary to achieve operational control and continual improvement of energy performance(O’Sullivan,20111).This paper focuses on EnMSadoption by enterprises,discusses the linkages of EnMSwith other programmes and measures,and provides some suggestions for China’s efforts to roll out implementation of EnMS,based on the Ireland’s experience with its long-standing programme to promote certified,standardised EnMS adoption.
