摘      要:YbPO:Tb were synthesized by mild hydrothermal *** luminescent properties,morphologies and structure of the obtained powders were characterized by photoluminescence(PL) spectra,FESEM,XRD and *** is shown that the prepared YbPO:Tb nanoparticles are pure tetragonal phase and the average grain size varied with increasing of Tb *** spherical nanoparticles can be effectively excited by near UV(369 nm) light and exhibit green performance at 543 nm(D→F),489nm (D→F) and 586 nm(D→F),which show potential to act as biological *** CIE chromaticity is calculated to be x = 0.298,y = *** temperature is found to be the key factor to enhance the emission intensity of YbPO:Tb phosphors.
