摘 要：Posttraumatic stress disorder（PTSD）,a mental disorder resulting from psychological trauma,is characterized by re-experiencing of the trauma intruding in the victim’s consciousness or dreams,high vigilance,and social withdrawal and avoidance of clues concerning the trauma ***,it is not strange that PTSD patients suffer from devastating social dysfunction,wim about one third of them never remitting,over half of them indulging in substance abuse or being co-morbid with omer mental disorders and the suicide rate in mem being 6 times as much as that in healthy *** the psychological mechanisms of PTSD is distinctive memory impairment which features in impaired procedural memory and pamologically enhanced non-procedural ***,one problem is raised whether such memory impairment has abnormal basis of brain function and ***-to-date studies demonstrate that the impairment of cognitive neural circuit centered prefrontal lobe,causing me function of emotional neural circuit centered amygdala out of control,may make the neural substrate of memory impairment in ***,we review the state of the art on this problem for PTSD,followed by perspective for future study.
