摘      要：Less than 10 species within a small Family Prasiolaceae (Prasiolales,Chlorophyta)was reported around the world ***, it had never been recorded in the coast of *** two new species of genus Prasiola(***)Meneghini,distributed to the coast of Guangxi,China,*** Luan et Ding *** P. volcanica Luan et Ding *** introduced with latin description and their *** of *** Luan et Ding is usually more than2 cm high with dentate,protuberant margins, and that of *** Luan et Ding is usually less than 2 cm high with smooth margins.
