摘      要：正For supercritical fluid chromatography（SFC）,the mobile phase is generally of high diffusivity and low viscosity,which is achievable with the combination of a compressible fluid,usually carbon dioxide,and a normal liquid,such as *** with HPLC,SFC with packed columns is 5-10 times faster than. In addition,its separation mechanism is similar to normal-phase HPLC since the mobile phase is less polar than the stationary phase.
