摘      要：Huanglongbing(HLB) is a highly destructive disease of citrus production *** Liberibacter asiaticus,an unculturable alpha proteobacterium,is a putative pathogen of disease. Information about the biology and strain diversity of *** is currently limited,limiting the scope of HLB research and control. Here,a genomic region(CLIBASIA5640 to CLIBASIA5650) of *** showing mosaicism or hyper-sequence variation was investigated with a total of 262 bacterial strains(188 from China and 74 from Florida).Based on the characteristic electrophoretic profiles of PCR amplicons
