摘      要:Alkaline lipase was immobilized on activated silica gel and crosslinked with *** influencing factors to catalysis were the amounts of lipase added,water content,substrate concentration *** results showed that esterification by immobilized alkaline lipase was 82% in 20mL n-hexane with 90IU of lipase,4% water,and 1:1.2 molar ration of methanol to fatty acid,and 3 fed batches reaction after 8h.
