摘 要：Objective:To compare the clinical value of transmesocolic access and retrocolic access in left laparoscopic ***:According to the operation methods,the patients were divided into transmesocolic access(A group) and retrocolic access(B group),the differences of the operation time、the bleeding volume、the resumption of bowel movement、hospital stay、complications、 the success rate、blood transfusion rate and the ambulation were ***:The operation time、the bleeding volume、the resumption of bowel movement and hospital stay of A group outweighed B group,the differences were significant(p0.05).Conclusion:The transmesocolic access in left laparoscopic ureterolithotomy is safe,effective,minimal traumatic,the method is worthy of popularising.
