摘 要:正Many studies indicated that DA neurons containing calbindin D28k(CB) has ability of anti-degeneration,and GDNF can protect DA neurons from degeneration by promoting CB expression in DA *** purpose of this study was to investigate which transmembrane receptor of GDNF was involved in mediating the expressions of CB in SN during rat early development ***-PCR and Western blot were performed to detect CB expression in SN of perinatal SD rats at mRNA and protein level respectively;Western blot was also performed to detect the expression of the transmembrane receptors including Ret,neural cell adhesion molecule-140(NCAM-140),intergrinβ1 and *** results showed: CB mRNA expression had no correlation with the above-mentioned four molecules;there was a positive correlation of there was a positive correlation of CB protein expression with both integrinβ1 and N-cadherin protein expression,while no correlation with Ret and NCAM-140 protein *** data suggested that the expression of CB mRNA and CB protein were regulated by different receptor combinations.
