摘      要:正The nature and dynamics of binding drug molecules to nucleic acids represent an active area of investigation. The interest of this field is diverse, since metal ions are found to play an important role in the DNA and RNA structure, as well as in relation to the different process in which these macromolecules are involved . Quinolones are an important group of antibiotics and several quinolones are in common clinical use.
