摘      要:Glutathione-S-transferases (GSTs) are the enzymes that catalyze the conjugation of the tripeptide glutathione (GSH) to a wide variety of hydrophobic, electrophilic, and cyto-toxic substrates. GSTs have been associated with detoxification of xenobiotics, limiting oxidative damage and other stress responses in plants.
