摘 要:The continuing rise in atmospheric CO causes closing of stomatal pores and regulates stomatal development,and thus globally regulates plant water loss,CO influx and water use *** this CO response and early signal transduction mechanisms that trigger C02-induced stomatal movements have remained *** we demonstrate that bicarbonate functions as a small-molecule activator of SLACC1 anion channels in guard cells. Elevated intracellular[HCO] with low[CO]and[H]activated S-type anion currents, whereas low[HCO] at high[CO]and[H]did *** enhanced the intracellular Ca sensitivity of S-type anion channel activation in wild type and htl-2 mutant guard ***1-2 mutant guard cells exhibited enhanced bicarbonate sensitivity of S-type anion channel ***,OST1 loss-of-function alleles showed strongly impaired CO-induced stomatal closing and HCO-activation of anion channels. Moreover,PYR/RCAR ABA receptor mutant slowed but did not abolish CO/HCO signaling,redefining the convergence point of CO and ABA ***, bicarbonate collaborates with Ca to activate SLAC1 in guard cell CO signaling.
