摘      要:正In terahertz(THz) region,the metal-dielectric interfaces with the structure of the periodic pattern give rise to the formation of photonic bands of surface plasmons via the strong coupling between electricmagnetic waves and surface plasmons,and therefore provide the possibility to control and modulate the THz propagation,polarization,*** this work,we present the THz spectra of the periodic Au/dielectric sphere array films deposited on Si substrate,which reveal the sphere size induced metal-insulator transition and extraordinary *** studied Au sphere array films were processed
