摘 要：Objective: To investigate the alteration of bcl-2 and bax genes expression in the ischemic myocaradium andthe influence of taurine. Methods: Myocardial ischemia model of rats was induced by ligation of the anterior branchof the left coronary for 4h. All animals were divided into three groups: Sham-operation group. Occlusion group andtaurine group (200mg·kg). The level of myocardial mitochondria Malondialdenyde(MDA)、Superoxide dis-mutase (SOD) and Ca-ATPase activities were determined.
