摘 要：A slab waveguide CO laser excited by microwave has been constructed to obtain the output in identical phase locking coherence in *** the first part of this paper,the construction of microwave excited waveguide resonator is *** on the design of slab CO optical waveguide are shown in the second part while theoretical estimate of output is given in the third *** the experiment is reported.
