摘      要:The interfacial environments of nanocrystal have an significant influences on its optical properties of nanocrystals. A variety of spectroscopic techniques are used to study the electronic structure and optical properties of nano-silicon, CdS QDs and Fe2O3 nanocrystals different surface capping.
