摘      要:A novel photonic switch is proposed and fabricated for fiber-optic communications at the wavelengths of 1. 3- and 1. 55-μm. The switch can also be function as a wavelength signal divider. It is a monolithically integrated configuration of the wavelength signal divider with the novel photonic switch. Experimental analysis has been investigated and shows that the heterostructure can be monolithically integrated with other components made from Si-based similar materials. The measured crosstalks of the photonic switch at a forward modulation bias of 1. 2 V are -25 and-18 dB at 1. 3-and 1. 55-μm, respectively. The insertion losses are 2. 01 and 2. 64 dB for 1. 3-and 1. 55-μm,respectively.
