摘      要：正 There is no absolute safety in using herbals in medicine and food. For example, when the apricot kernel is processed and used as a snack or food ingredient, it is nutritional and safe. But if it is overdosed, or not processed properly, it will cause poisoning or even death. For the safe use of herbals and their products, we must emphasize reasonable safety, taking into account their acute and chronic toxicity, as well as special toxicity, mutagenicity and carcinogenic
