摘      要:Interspecific hybridization can generate transgressive hybrid phenotypes with extreme trait values exceeding the combined range of the parental *** understand potential heterosis between Crassostrea hongjongensis and ***,three successful replicates of 2×2 factorial cross experiments were conducted between these two species on May 2011 in Shenzhen(Guangdong Province).The results revealed an asymmetry in fertilization;*** eggs could be fertilized by *** sperm,and fertilization success in *** female×*** male(HA) crosses were significantly lower than the two intraspecific *** larvae had a slower growth rate than these of two parental species because of genome *** weakness of growth was observed in larval stage,whereas spat growth heterosis was negative in Dalian but positive in Shenzhen during grow out *** results may be come from difference in temperature between South and North *** survival heterosis of hybrids was examined all the time excepted day 3,day6 and *** analysis by complex COI and ITS confirmed that the HA spat were true *** of hybrids was generally functional sterile,only a small of them was *** analysis demonstrates that interspecific hybridization between female *** and male *** may be a promising method for genetic improvement of oysters in South China.
