摘      要:正Porphyra yezoensis Ueda grows intertidal zone and is one of the most important *** intertidal zone is one of the harshest environments on earth and the intertidal zone algae are frequently exposed to high temperature,high light and osmotic pressure between tidal up and *** the long evolution,P. yezoensis have evolved mechanisms for photo-acclimation that favor survival in high light(HL).And high light-inducible polypeptide(HLIP)is one of the light resistant *** this paper,we reported the HLIP *** and expression analysis from *** analysis indicates that it contains an ORF of 387 bp without intron encoding a polypeptide of 128 amino acids with similarity to HliC from Synechocystis *** of *** has a molecular mass of 13 kDa and have a theoretical pI of *** PHDhtm program clearly predicted a membrane-spanning-helix between 54-83 sites which is the conservation motif of light-harvesting chlorophyll a/b-binding(LHC)***-PCR analysis shows the high light induces expression of HLIP and under low high light no *** addition,the lengtj of exposed to high light affected the expression of HLIP.
