摘 要:4,6-bis(diphenylphosphino)phenoxazine was an important organic phosphorus ligand. It was widely used in hydroformylation, Palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction, and C-H bond activation.4,6-bis(diphenylphosphino) phenoxazine was synthesized through protected by tertbutyldimethylsilyl chloride, introducing diphenylphosphine and off-protecting in 62% total yield. In the first step the solvent was THF, the temperature was 75 °C and n(phenoxazine):n( NaH):n( tertbutyldimethylsilyl chloride) = 1:1.25:1.5. In the second step the solvent was diethyl ether, and n(compound II):n( n-Bu Li):n( Ph2PCl):n( TMEDA) = 1:2.4:2.4:2.4. The protection group was removed with tetrabutylammonium fluoride in 24 h.
