摘 要:正Objective To investigate the early diagnosis of the interstitial lung disease(ILD) of connective tissue disease(CTD) by measuring pulmonary density with Multi-spiral CT(MSCT).Methods: Measuring of pulmonary density with MSCT were performed in 222 patients with CTD and 50 normal individuals. The average attenuation values and their frequency distribution and inferior lung regions were measured with Pulmo of semiautomatic evaluation software. All patients also had HRC-T of thorax. The changes between the abnormal pulmonary density and HRCT and the ILD of CTD, and were analyzed with ***: 197 of 222 cases with CTD showed their average pulmonary density were higher, And 25 were normal. 157 cases of 222 cases with HRCT showed abnormal, And 65 cases were normal. The HRCT and pulmonary density of 50 normal control showed all normal. 42 of 50 normal control showed their average pulmonary density were normal, and 8 were abnormal. Measuring of pulmonary density was significantly higher HRCT P0.005 and normal control P***: Measuring of average lung density and HRCT contain obvious difference to the ILD of CTD, therefore in the early diagnosis of ILD in patients with CTD, average lung density the measurement was more sensitive than HRCT, and more have the clinical meaning.
