摘 要:正 In this research, we want to determine the method of quenching and microstructural analysis and the mechanical Properties of CK 45 steel. That is used to Product the machine suspension system. For this work the different samples were austenitized for the different times in the temperature 820℃, and quenched in water. Then the samples were tempered in different temperatures and times. According to standard, the samples have a structure consisting of tempered martensit with less than 5 wt.% Ferrite. Before every kind of heat treatment cycle, at austenitizing and quenching stage, the microscopic microstructure of this part was analysized and the hardness of different particles was measured. Considering the hardness quantities and micro structural analyses of standard and non-standard parts, we can offer a suitable range of hardness and the microstructure of quenched parts. Then with applied a suitable heat treatment cycle, the optimum conditions was offered, which consist of these stages: The parts were austenitized for 10 minutes in the temperature of 820℃and quenched in water and then tempered for 60 minutes in the temperature of 650℃.
