摘      要:正α-Aminonitriles are significantly important intermediates for the synthesis of a wide variety of amino acids, amides, diamines and nitrogen-containing heterocycles. Among the numerous methods described for the syntheses of α-aminonitriles, Strecker reaction which proceeded via the addition of HCN to imine proved to be an effective method for the preparation of α-aminonitrile.
