摘 要:正 , Dispersion of narrow pulse propagation on superconducting coplanar transmission lines is investigated by means or field distributions inside the superconductors. The two-fluid model is utilized in the 3D Finite Difference Time Domain Method (FDTD) to describe the superconductivity. An improved graded-mesh with second order accuracy is applied to resolve the thin superconductor film and very thin buffer layer.
