摘      要:The quantitative characterization and evaluation of the synchronization of multi component release behavior are urgently needed to solve bottlenecks in multicomponent release kinetics and the quality control of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM).Existing research of TCM drug delivery systems (TCMDDS) has been confined to studying the release characteristics of a single or a few components,but the correlation of active ingredients and efficacy is not ***,the reported evaluation method is too macroscopic,and unable to specifically identify the components which caused the integral *** a result,this evaluation method cannot provide a valid foundation for the design of *** this paper,a novel evaluation method for the synchronicity of drug release based on the mathematics set for TCMDDS has been *** Fang was selected as the model drug and this new evaluation method utilized to guide the optimization of the release unit types and the dose ratio of Fuzhenghuayu *** method was shown to be highly sensitive,stable and reproducible,providing a quantitative assessment of drug release characteristics of multicomponent ***,it may guide the optimal combination of release units,thus providing a basis for the construction of a scientific TCMDDS.
