摘      要:正Soil born disease including root knot nematodes(Meloidogyne spp.) caused severe economic loss in Plastic *** experiment was carried out to control these disease using High Temperature *** temperature steam(HTS) was pumped up into the under-ground(depth 50cm) through pored plastic pipe(diameter 10cm) in plastic *** temperature was reached over 80t after one hour treatment with *** density of microorganism in the soil including fungi,actinomycetes and bacteria was significantly decreased by HTS treatment compared to non-treated *** HTS treatment,the average population of root knot nematodes was significantly reduced from 1 570 heads to 0(Head/300g soil).The withering rates of oriental melon by root knot nematodes was 5.2%in HTS and 10.4%in chemical fumigation(dazomet) treatment but 60.2%was withered in control in middle stage of growth at 150 days after *** effect of HTS treatment was as effective as dazomet fumigation ***,we concluded that HTS can be used as an environment-friendly control method,alternate to chemical fumigation for the control of Soil born disease in plastic house.
