摘 要:A Schiff base ligand,anthracene-9-pyridylhydrazone(9-APH),was synthesized by 9-anthracencarboxaldehyde and 2-hydrazinopyridine,and was characterized by UV,ESI-MS,1H-NMR and *** transition metal complexes 1-3 of 9-APH were synthesized and structurally characterized as *** in vitro antitumor activity of 9-APH and its metal complexes were screened by MTT method against five tumor cell lines(MGC80-3,NCI-H460,SK-OV-3,Hep-G2,BEL-7404) as well as the normal liver cell line *** 2 showed some higher cytotoxicity towards most of the tumor cell lines than 9-APH,but lower cytotoxicity toward the HL-7702 cell,suggesting their cytotoxic selectivity on the tumor cells.
