摘      要:正A series of novel 4-tert-butyl-5-benzyl-2-benzyliminothiazole derivatives were synthesized by reaction of substituted benzaldehydes with 2-Amino-4-tert-butyl-5-sustituted benzyl thiazole and characterized by elemental analysis and 1H *** newly synthesized compounds were screened for their antitumor activities against three human cancer cell lines in vitro,namely HELA(cervical),BEL 7402(liver),and CNE 2(nasopharyngeal) cancer cell *** bioassay results showed that some of the compounds possess promising antitumor *** IC50 values of them were 3d(0.007 mmol/L) and 3f(0.001 mmol/L) against HELA,3j(0.006 mmol/L) against BEL 7402,3d(0.009 mmol/L),3f(0.004 mmol/L),3g(0.001 mmol/L) and 3m (0.002 mmol/L) against CNE 2,respectively.
