摘 要:正 According to the investigation of banking industry in China and abroad, we conclude the bank service status of China, and point out the obstacles of current service strategy and innovation system, especially for the utilization of information technology. Used stage model, the IT-based service transformation processes are analyzed, and a kind of competitive strategy is discussed also. In order to implement the strategy, we use value chain method to analyze the transactions of each bank, and put forward a new BSP-based value-chain, which will utilize the national wide bank IT service resources. Considered the competing market, the new bank service model—Bank Service Provider (BSP) is introduced. BSP, as a provider of some common and standard bank services, especially the bank IT infrastructure services, can optimize the value chain and enhance the core competition ability of each bank. Three organizing methods and the profitability of BSP are also introduced.
