摘      要:ZnO has received much attention in recent years following the theoretical prediction that,if doped with 3d-impurities, it could give rise to room temperature ferromagnetism[1].However,contradicting experimental results are reported in the literature(see e.g.[2]),and the origin of the sometimes observed ferromagnetism is disputed.
