摘 要:正The increase in the number of complex applications of robots in manufacturing and other industries has emphasized the need for improved positioning accuracy of robot end effectors. The laser tracking measurement system is proposed to perform real time position measurements of dynamic systems. It’s important that the laser tracking measurement system (LTS) has high accuracy. However, the LTS consists of different sensors. These sensors have certain errors associated with them. Therefore, there exists some uncertainty in the measurements obtained. An analysis is needed to identify the contribution of each source of error to the overall measurement uncertainty of the whole system. This paper first describes the principle of the laser tracking system, then analyzes the source of errors associated with each sub-system, finally presents the measurement uncertainty of the laser tracking system.
