摘      要:正Wheat plants showing dark green and dwarfing symptoms were collected from Baoding, Hebei province and preserved in an insect-proofing *** virus was transmitted to maize by the planthopper vector Laodelphax striatellus,the infected plants appeared dwarfed with white tumors along the veins on the abaxial leaf surface,the typical symptom of maize rough dwarf *** doublestranded RNAs were isolated,reverse-transcribed and sequenced,and the genomic RNA sequences were ca.29,*** analyses showed that this isolate is closely related to an isolate from maize in Hubei and one from rice in *** corresponding RNA segments(S1- S10) and encoded proteins of this isolate shared sequence identities of 93.58%~99.06%and 95.62%~100%with the isolate from Zhejiang(accession numbers of S1- S10:AJ294757,AJ409145,AJ293984,AJ409146, AJ409147,AJ409148.1,AJ297427,AJ297431,AJ297430 and AJ297433) at nucleotide and amino acid levels,respectively.
