摘      要:正 Chicken carcass is one of the most popular meat products in the world. Salmonella Typhimurium is one of the most common foodborne pathogens both nationally and internationally, and poultry is an important reservoir for Salmonella. Time is essential in attempting to discover Salmonella Typhimurium in poultry plants. Salmonella Typhimurium contaminations can result in a shutdown of the plant for several days, especially with standard methods of detection.
