Integrated Installation for Dust Recovery and Rhenium Absorption from Molybdenite Concentrates Mine Roasting Flue Gases

摘      要:Molybdenite concentrates mine with rhenium is the main raw material of ferromolybdenum and molybdenum chemical engineering production. In the roasting process, the flue gases including Re2O7, MoS2, MoO3, MoO2, SO3 and SO2 are produced. It is of great significance to recover the dust and absorb rhenium from the flue gases. However, there are few feasible and economical installations to recover dust and absorb rhenium from the flue gases. In allusion to the situation, we bring forward a new type of integrated installation to recover dust and absorb rhenium from the roasting flue dust of molybdenite concentrates mine with rhenium. Three kinds of advanced technologies were combined organically as follows The self-swash dust catcher with the unique overfall device was adopted to recover the dust and absorb rhenium from flue gases to be purified firstly, and then the spherical tray power was utilized to recover the dust and absorb rhenium again, and then the vapor (gas)-water segregator was used to recover the dust and absorb rhenium finally. It is first time that the type of equipment was domestically applied to the production of dust recovery and rhenium absorption from flue dust of roasted molybdenite concentrates mine with rhenium successfully. It has been proved in practice that the equipment is feasible, has great elution efficiency and has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, low cost and low energy consumption. In addition, the equipment can also be applied to wet dust recovery in such fields as metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, building materials industry and so on.
