摘 要：Pine resin,a natural resin obtained from coniferous trees,exhibit some preferable biological activities such as anti-inflammatory,antiseptic and *** acid,an important bioactive constituent originally obtained from pine resin,which was reported to have many pharmacological and biological functions,including anticancer,anti-allergic,anti-inflammatory,anticonvulsant,antibacterial properties,as well as lowering cholesterol and inhibiting ATPase ***,we report the design and synthesis of rosin acid derivatives based on its bioactive and chiral characteristics and their application as antitumor agents and enantioselective agents or catalysts.
