摘 要：正Iron plays an important role in metabolic and signaling functions,but the ferric form is hardly soluble and the ferrous form is highly toxic,and most of the iron is present in *** this reason,studying the mechanisms of heme binding to proteins and resleasing from proteins becomes more important.
