摘 要:Highly ordered anatase TiO2 nanowires were straightforwardly fabricated on aluminum with AAO film by liquid phase *** surface morphology,structure,element composition and their chemical states of TiO2 nanowire array were analyzed by means of SEM,XRD,EDX and *** formation process was also *** results show that the aluminum surface mainly contains TiO2 and amorphous Al2O3 prepared by LPD ***2 nanowires are all perpendicular to the substrate and their diameters are also accordant to those of AAO *** TiO2 nanowire array generated after heat treatment at 450℃for *** formation process of TiO2 nanowire array mainly depends on the ordered AAO and deposited time.
