摘      要：Background:S 100 protein family constitutes of over 20 proteins that contain the well-conserved EF-hand calcium binding domains. Members of this protein family have been shown to be involved in regulation of protein phosphorylation, enzyme activities,transcription factors,cell growth and differentiation,and Ca homeostasis.
