摘      要:Flatness and gauge are the most important factors in strip quality. Automatic gauge control (AGC) and automatic flatness control (AFC) are a coupled multivariable system, which holds down the quality of strip heavily. In this paper the dynamic mathematics model is established considering AGC and AFC as a whole system, designing intelligent-decoupling method based on CMAC model. The simulation shows that the intelligent decoupling method is able to eliminate the effect of the coupling in AGC-AFC system as quickly as possible, guarantee the stability of the system, at the same time the intelligent controller has good performances on adaptively tracking target and resisting disturbances.
