摘 要：High precision track and follow system is composed of track motion system and the follow motion system. The characteristics of this system are a variety of working modes of track system, high-precision positioning, high frequency of dynamic response and few delay-errors of follow system. This system adopts Programmable Computer Controller and direct current servo system, equipping the direct current large-scale torque motor to realize endless speed control driving, and using high-precision positioning. Taking advantage of efficient communication between track system and follow system in order to avoid the tacking error originated of delaying communication as possible as short communicating time-lapse. The control technique uses current PID control, velocity PID control, and position PID control.
