摘      要:Ophraella communa is unintentionally introduced into China in 2001,and it is an important biological control agent of invasive common *** compared the survival,longevity and fecundity of adult beetles,and the developmental durations and survival rates of different stages of F *** after cold acclimation *** results showed that the exceptions were observed in the cold acclimation treatments at both 4℃and 8℃for 8 days,the survival rates of females and males were not affected by cold acclimation treatments.93.0 percent females and 82.0 percent males still survived,even if they experienced the cold acclimation at 4℃for 8 *** longer longevities of *** adults were observed in the cold acclimation treatment at 4℃for 8 days than in the other treatments and un-acclimated *** highest fecundity and longest fecundity peak duration were also observed in the cold acclimation treatment at 4℃for 8 *** found that the increasing reproduction of *** females was not correlated with short life span when they experienced the cold acclimation treatment at the low temperature of 4℃for 8 *** addition,there was no effect of cold acclimation treatment on the developmental duration and survival rates of entire immature stage of F ***,we conclude that the physiological function of O. communa adults may be ameliorated when they experienced a certain stimulation or induction under a suitable low temperature for several days,which contribute to the population expansion of this beetle rather than make against it.
