摘      要:Alzheimer’s disease is the commonest cause of cognitive decline in *** major feature is the accumulation of amyloidβproteins in the brain both in the form of plaques in the cerebral cortex and in blood vessels. A growing number of studies have paid attention to the neurovascular coupling,which provides an essential clue for better understanding of physiologic and pathologic properties of the brain.
