摘 要:In the present work, synthetic samples of CaO-SiO-MgO-AlO-FeO-CrO slagwere obtained to analyze the effect of CaO/SiO mass ratioon the precipitation of spinel *** samples were heated to 1600°C for melting completely, and then slowly cooled to 1300°C for holding 30 min beforequenching in water. The phases composition and precipitation behavior of spinel phasewere analyzed by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD) and scanning electron microscope-energydispersive spectroscopy(SEM-EDS). The law of conservation of mass and linear least square equation were used to calculate the mineral phase proportion in stainless steel slag. The leaching test was conducted for pointing out the chromium stability in different CaO /SiO ratio slags. The results showed that Cr was mainly enriched in spinel phase and liquid phase. Slag composition with CaO/SiO=1.5 was beneficial to improve theprecipitation of spinel phase and reduce the chromium leaching *** CaO /SiO ratioshould be avoided, which could lead to the formation of leachable chromium containing periclase phase and high chromium leaching. The average grain size of spinel phase was found to increase with decreasing CaO/SiO ratio.
