摘 要:One of the central problems of strength theory is the investigation of stress -strain situation near the irregular points in the elastic body. The statical problems take us the equations of elliptic type. This problem was practically settled in the investigations of V. Mazja, B. Plamenevski, J. Rice et al. At another stage the problem of dynamical loading leads us to the equations of hyperbolic type. This problem is more difficult in mathematical aspect. It s reduced to formal elliptic equations with the help of Fourier transform [1-2] and procedure of asymptotic series construction ne ar corner point is conducted. The asymptotic series for required solution are constructed by inverse Fourier transformation. The error of partial sums is estimated. The properties of solution and its applicability for fracture problems [3-4] are discussed.
