摘      要:For the future technological applications of the one-dimensional (1-D) metal nanowires with the novel structures, a comprehensive understanding of deformation mechanisms under external mechanical loadings is necessary. It is also important to systematically investigate the mechanical properties of 1-D nanostructures made of various materials with different interatomic bonding.
