摘      要:正A kind of ultra-fine grained rods with (α+θ) microduplex structures for 78Cr steel has been fabricated through warm cross wedge rolling (WCWR). The results are as follows:The rod pieces whose size was φ(17~21)×180mm with (α+θ) microduplex structures are fabricated successfully through WCWR, and their maximum rolling reduction reaches 78%. After WCWR, the microstructure from surface to the half of radius of the rod has been refined. The cementite particle size is about 0.1~0.2μm and the ferrite grain size about0.5μ*** WCWR, the initial cementite on section of the rod is spheroidized non-uniformly. The cementite on the surface layer has been spheroidized more fully than at the *** WCWR, the hardness on section of the rod has a non-uniform distribution, with the value of hardness at the center a little higher than at the surface layer.
