摘 要：Excellence engineer education training plan is aimed at training a number of high quality engineering and technical personnel with innovative ability adapt to the needs of economic and social development. The teaching model of theory and practice for mechanical engineering excellence engineer training plan and implementation effect are discussed. The plan of excellent engineers training should focus on the cultivation of good quality, quick, innovation, good start of the future outstanding mechanical engineer, to develop the Engineering, innovation objectives.
